		<description>&lt;p&gt;Deoryp: I already lost a pound since yesterday, if you ignore the fact that I weighed myself after lunch yesterday and right when I got up today :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think a social site would be an awesome way of tracking it. I bet you could build it on top of some sort of CMS and save a lot of development time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The first milestone on my path to being a healthier weight is to no longer be classified as &quot;obese&quot; by my bmi. Then after that I&#039;ll aim for &quot;ideal.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I haven&#039;t checked the numbers in a while, but it might actually be more like 15 pounds that I need to lose to be in the healthy range..I&#039;ll have to check&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So this physics diet is cool but I always intended the &quot;X to a Y&quot; concept to be a social website, I got a domain but never really went anywhere with it... I like X pounds to a Y too... My friend did not really want anything except a bunch of workout data so he make a blog &quot;n workouts to a data-set&quot; or something like that.&lt;/p&gt;
